SAPA has grown into one of Mysore’s most loved bakeries. It’s where the shelves change with the seasons, the coffee’s always good, and the spirit of hospitality runs deep. People travel from near and far to have lunch at ours and take some goodies back home. And during the holidays, we get called to theirs, when our Stollen and festive bakes have become a tradition in many homes. The kitchen may be busy, but the heart of SAPA remains personal, warm, and full of care; a quality that earned it a spot on Condé Nast Traveller’s list of India’s Top 50 Restaurants.

Founded by Dina Weber, SAPA began as a small home kitchen and has grown into a vibrant space where people gather over good food, great coffee, and warm conversations.
